I ordered 4 items in May of 2020. It is mid August and I still am waiting on one item that was backordered. I've never had problems like this before. Always received my orders promptly. Chat people have been nice, it's not their doing but internal workings of this company need some serious work. If a person pays up front, there should be communication about the delay, a discount for the lengthy time to receive... something for the customer. If I hadn't pursed this, I still would have not heard anything about my order. I have had no emails regarding WHY this is delayed. I will not be ordering from S&B again. There are other sites that are more responsible.
Scrubs & Beyond was a nightmare to deal with. A simple return (scrubs were too big) with the original packing slip, tags on garments and garments in their original packing bag took EIGHT WEEKS to process. During the eight weeks between May and July I had to send multiple emails to customer service and make three phone calls to inquire about the status of my refund & when it would be processed, after seeing the tracking number on the return indicating that the items had been received by Scrubs & Beyond, but my credit card had not been credited! It was a super frustrating process to get my money back. I'm used to "easy" online shopping where returns are processed in a timely fashion, not after two months. If you enjoy wasting your time, being frustrated and paying shipping fees to return things, go ahead and buy something from Scrubs & Beyond. I'll shop almost anywhere else at this point.

I always shop at the Westland store, the girls that work there are always nice and the store is always clean.
Ordered 3 items and never received them said they were shipped fed ex and received a email saying they were delivered to my door I contacted scrubs and beyond to verify my address 1 number was off they were delivered to an address that doesn't exist and scrubs and beyond refuses to help me locate the package said it wasn't their fault there was nothing they could do fed ex said all they had to do was contact them and give them the account number to have the package returned over a 100.00 gone and no package
I was very satisfied with my purchase. The scrubs fit me very well and they are super comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.
Came back to return the item with with original receipt and tags on and the manager accused me of returning the worn item. When I asked her how would I wear it with tags on she said it is looks worn. Wow. No words. Will never shop there again. Used to buy my scrubs there for years.

I ordered two pairs of scrubs that have not been delivered in over two months. I keep contacting them and I have got little to no a response. My order was over $100 and the professionalism of this company is an absolute joke. Absolutely will not be ordering ever again
I bought 2 scrubs and 2 pants on sunday. It said on the page that they took until 2 business day to process the purchase and ship it out. They divide my items into two shipment. They shipped it out the first shipment on the third business day ( until there it was everything good) but they send 3 items on the first shipment and there was missing one scrub to be shipped out. I asked them how long it was gonna take until they ship out the scrubs which was missing and they replied me that they did not even know. So i asked them to change the address of the second shipment and they were ok with that. The problem was that they did not change a $#*! and if you want to return the item they will give you up to 8 dollars per item you want to return. In conclusion DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. THE PEOPLE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS AND THE SHIPMENT TAKE TO LONG. BUY ON AMAZON CHEAPER AND FASTER.
Items received were not what were promised on website. Returned all items using their label. Package was "lost" in Missouri sometime in transit. = NO REFUND. Will NEVER ORDER or recommend to anyone. They're a bad joke. Better Business Bureau gives them 1 star. They must be proud.
I would like to start off Im not this person. 100% un satisfaction.
I Bought shoes my size. I wore them in my house for like 10 minutes . And they HURT MY FEET. So I returned them. It took weeks. I called the said it was still in transit. So again about 3 weeks go by and on my porch was a box to day 10/28/20 . My shoes had been returned to me with the statement that they had been worn.
So I called customer service the lady said sorry that they had been returned because they had heavy stains and the tag was removed. (My puppy pulled off when I was putting in the box to return) I told her and I told here they had been worn inside only they are not stained and all the tags are in the box how hard is it to retage and the little plastic part was still attached to shoe. And everything is there. She just said it was policies. And agin intold her that i did wear them but inside and everything was in box. But she couldn't help or suggest any other solution.
So 100% satisfaction is a joke. I cant get my money back. And she didn't even care .
So note to anybody who buys from here . Dont take take tag off and dont even walk in them in your home before you make the decision to keep them. Because you will get them returned to you with no refund or exchange.
Most places will let you return a pair of shoes if the dont fell good after a day of wear. Not the case for even 10 minutes in house. I did take pictures of the bottom of shoes with no stains and all tags inside shoes.
I ordered my 7 items on September 16th, and still have not received any kind of tracking number. I have tried to call 5 times, no one answers. I emailed them and got a run around answer saying they will let me know when my order arrives... still haven't heard anything. They told me one of my items was on backorder until the end of October... fine but what about my other stuff?
So far I got 2 of 7 of my items and that was received on October 19th... it has been over a month and my stuff still has not arrived. The least they could do is send me updates. I had emailed them a not so nice message again requesting updates and they completely ignored it. Will never order from them again, this is ridiculous.
They write:"We have a deep gratitude and respect for our caregivers who are actively fighting Covid-19 Virus" Zero respect they have. Don't write if you don't have it. Dend me deffective surgical cap, uneven side, way off. Cost of cap 10$ amd return 9$.
I was so disappointed. I ordered a smalk cause at 115 pounds i am usually small to medium. It was so tight that I couldnt get it on. I loved the pattern so i ordered a medium. So it seemed okay but when i stRted working ir was so restrictive i could not reach for things. U cant return when worn and i lost all shopping costs on the first shirt. I spent 50 dollats trying to find one top. Be careful these run so small to size and sewen funny where you cant lift your arms forward. They are short in back as well.
Odered a top, received pants. I called customer service, explained the situation, and emailed a photo if wrong item as directed. After waiting disproportionately long for the correct item, I checked for email from Scrubs and Beyond. My email to them was "rejected as spam". Who sets up a customer service line to reject email?!? I'm guessing a company that doesn't care about customer service.
I call again, angry this time. I got the basic " sorry, will send right item" reply. But this time they want pants returned and sending a return label via PDF file. I asked for a physical label because I do not have a printer. The respone...'Sorry can't be done, Go to FedEx store, sorry for inconvenience"
I tell him I am angry that their mistakes have become my problem and going out of my way to find a FedEx store totally defeats the purpose of shopping online.
His response..."sorry"... that's it... one word... no attempt to assuage the inconvenience.
A three week wait plus a drive to FedEx for a $25 scrub top is NOT a good value.
So that's it. If Scrubs and Beyond is happy with this level of service, I'm done... unless their is a problem with the "right item" that is supposedly enroute, then I will be forced to deal with them again

They seemed to have a large selection and free returns (but they are not free)

It is easy to get a hold of them however they provide zero support
